Return Policy (Exchange Only)

Thank you for your purchase! We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're happy to offer product exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Please note that we are not currently offering cash refunds, only store credit or exchanges for items in new and unused condition.

Here are the details of our return policy:

Eligible items:
You may exchange any item purchased within the last 15 days, provided it is in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached, and in new and unused condition.
Ineligible items:
Items that are not eligible for exchange include:
1. Used items

  • Items damaged after purchase
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items purchased more than 15 days ago

2. Final sale items (clearly marked)


Exchange process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please visit our store with your original receipt and the item you wish to exchange.
  • Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable exchange item.
  • If no suitable exchange item is available, you will receive store credit for the original purchase price of the item.
  • Store credit: Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or voucher that can be used towards any future purchase in our store.
  • Store credit will be valid for [30 days] from the date of issue.
